Exchange and Refund

We always hope that every parcel from us brings a smile to your face however, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase. Please be assured that we will try our best to make it work!

1. Defective / Incorrect item received

 An item is classified as defective when they are received damaged.

Please note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered defective or faulty, this includes loose threads.

 To start, please:

  • Take a photo of the defected area or incorrect item within 14 days after receiving the parcel
  • Check your order number
  • Email our Customer Care Team at abellachic.cs@gmail.com with no. 1 and 2 (listed above). We will respond within 3 working days from the date of your email and we will work with you to come up with an amicable solution.

 A Bella Chic will send a replacement item at our cost, including reimbursing postage incurred for the defected/incorrect item(s) sent to you.

 Item(s) must be returned, unworn; unwashed and in brand new condition (garment tags and labels intact).

 Exchanges must be done within 14 days after delivery of parcel.

 All exchanges will be done via mailing only.

 A full refund will be done only if the item(s) you purchased is/are out of stock.

 

2. Exchange for Wrong size purchased

Customer should take note of the measurement before purchasing the item(s).

If you are unsure, please feel free to contact our Complimentary Customer Service via FB messenger (send a PM) or else email abellachic.cs@gmail.com. We will be glad to assist you with any advice on what to wear for any occasion, to proposing the right size for your body shape / type. We will respond ASAP or within 2 days.

Measurements stated may vary 2-3 cm as items are mass-produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchange will be carried out

To start, please:

  • Try on your apparel; take note of whether the item is too tight or loose
  • Check your order number
  • Email our Customer Care Team at abellachic.cs@gmail.com with no. 1 and 2 (listed above). We will respond within 3 working days from the date of your email and we will work with you to come up with an amicable solution.

Strictly NO exchanging of design.

Exchange of each item can only be done ONCE, regardless of size.

In a scenario where the sizes and colors are all sold out, A Bella Chic will provide you with a Full credit refund.

You will responsible for the postage cost incurred for sending back the item(s). You will have to bear the postage for A Bella Chic to send you the exchange item(s).

Item(s) must be returned unworn; unwashed and in brand new condition (garment tags and labels intact).

Exchanges must be done within 14 days after delivery of parcel.

All exchanges will be done via mailing only.

 

3. Other Exchange / Refund

  • Send an email (include order number and reason for exchange / refund) to abellachic.cs@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Acknowledgement email from A Bella Chic will be sent within 3 working days from the date of your email.
  • Upon our confirmation email, mail the package with trackable mode of delivery in its original condition (with garment tag and labels intact) within 14 days.
  • A Bella Chic will process your exchange / refund. Refund is strictly credit refund; we do not offer cash refund.

 

4. We do not offer any exchange of design hence kindly check with our Customer Service via FB or email if you require any assistance.

 

Store Credit

Store credits are not redeemable for cash and non-refundable, and valid for 3months from the date of issuance.

 

Disclaimer

Garment Care

  • To maintain the shape and quality of your new clothes, we strongly recommend hand washing them.
  • Always rinse your new clothing in cold water before washing to avoid color runs; this is especially for colored clothing.
  • Avoid wearing denims/suede items with light colored items/accessories especially for the first few wears to prevent any colors transfer.
  • Turn your garment inside out before washing.
  • Separate the white, from light colored and dark colored clothing before you wash them.

 

Accessory / Jewellery Care

  • To avoid tarnishing your accessory / jewellery, do not expose them to air for prolonged periods of time or mix them with different colored metal jewellery.
  • Avoid contact with perfume.
